By way of example: One system and method introduced by MYNEXUS namely “Municipal Revenue Loss Reduction Through Improved Municipal Valuation Methodologies” – a patented system, is complementary to existing systems in the marketplace as it incorporates, amongst others, software and datasets not currently factored into the automated valuation process. Furthermore, the outcome of the enhancements will benefit both private and public sector property valuation determination and resulting revenue generation.
In terms of automated valuations, MYNEXUS leverages and integrates the patented system with current readily available systems in the marketplace which offer Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) valuations, integration with Geospatial Information Services (GIS) technology along with accessing Deeds Office real estate sales and property transfer data.
